This marble is new, but not new in the sense of ready to use. Why? Grout residue created a film across the surface leaving the floor so-so instead of stunning. Marble should be polished to remove any slight grout film and then sealed. This process brings out the beauty that you paid for in the first place. Period. See the difference now?
