If you’re in the market for natural stone refinishing, Bizaillion Floors, LLC. has some recommendations to consider:
- Does the company only use a cleaning solution, period? Or, are they trained and equipped with deep stain removers, which bring out the original brightness that will only appear when stain removers are properly used? (Liken this process to teeth cleaning. It takes the right, penetrating product, not just an over-the-counter version.)
- Do they know how to work the hardener into the travertine to strengthen the floor against further wear and holes? Are they familiar with using a hardener? This is as important as or more important than the sealer. Are they even knowledgeable of this process? The wrong answer could result in more damage!
- What's going to happen to the walls?! This concern may turn out to be more critical than you could imagine! (Especially when you find out how much it will cost to fix the damage to walls, custom cabinetry and appliances!) Costly mistakes equal costly corrections!
- What kind of filler do they use if the holes need to be filled? Is it true “professional travertine grade” filler (clearly and specifically stated on the product container)? It makes a huge difference!
And one last thought…
Some companies claim they've been in business for many years, but their reviews are very recent. (Incidentally, good reviews have become recently popular and every company knows to somehow get them.) But, when you look at the time line, it tells a truer story. For instance, if you look at Bizaillion Floors, LLC. reviews, the reviews span over a much longer period of time.
In the end, who do you want to put your trust in?
