Consumers are making decisions about which establishments to patronize more than ever before based on cleanliness procedures. During a pandemic, cleanliness equates to safety in the eyes of the public, thus dirty flooring can cost you, clients, affect your bottom line, and change how the community perceives you and your business.
Biz Floors can help if you’re unhappy with the outcomes of your usual cleaning service — or if you’re not convinced your facilities are as clean as they should be. We’re experts at cleaning, maintaining, and restoring tile and stone surfaces, and we can improve the results of your regular cleaning service. It’s possible that your janitorial provider is doing the best they can with a surface that’s no longer “cleanable.” Regardless of how often or aggressively a damaged surface is cleaned, it will appear dirty.
A free thorough building health assessment has been produced by us. Our skilled professionals will inspect your property and evaluate your present cleaning products and procedures. Frequently, we discover that the issues begin at the very beginning: Is it possible to clean your surfaces in the first place?
Do you have a case of “Cleaner Frustration”? If you believe your cleaning service isn’t up to par, or if you’re always switching products due to bad results, it’s possible that your surfaces need to be repaired, properly sealed, or have a buildup of waxes or other chemicals. These difficulties can make cleaning them efficiently nearly impossible.
A properly sealed surface keeps dirt and bacteria on the surface, where they can be removed using appropriate cleansers and disinfectants. Grease, oil, dirt, grime, and pathogens can seep into cracks, crevices, and porous surfaces like grout on an unsealed surface, providing a breeding ground for mould, mildew, and bacteria. It’s simple to clean a flat surface, but it’s nearly impossible to wipe a test tube with a sponge. Cleaning oils and grime from a grout pore is extremely challenging, if not impossible.
Many clients are concerned about dirty grout. Many people may believe that if the grout in your restroom is discoloured and dirty, the rest of your business isn’t being cleaned properly or that you aren’t taking the pandemic seriously. Biz Floors can clean and seal grout to keep it looking new and cleanable, improving the cleanability of your hard surface floors and surfaces.
