Marble Floor Restoration Daily Tips
A daily tip for marble floor restoration would be to vacuum, dust mop or sweep your floors. If vacuuming, be sure to use a floor brush that has constant contact with the marble floor surface. To keep your marble floor edges cleaner, vacuum with a soft tip tool along baseboards.
Clean any spills with a neutral pH soap spray solution and a clean, dry cloth as soon as the spill occur. For more stubborn or greasy film spills, use a soft, white scrub pad.
Marble Floor Restoration Weekly Tips
Vacuum your marble floor and edges with a floor brush that has constant contact with the marble floor surfaces. Use a more diluted neutral pH marble cleaning solution with warm water and damp mop the marble floor surface from side to side. Avoid spreading the dirt around by keeping the cleaning solution clean (change every 250 sq. feet). Be sure not to rinse the marble floor, as that will remove the protectants in the cleaning solution that are left behind.
If water spots are noticeable after your marble floor dries, buff out with a soft, dry cloth.
