Color Sealant – Our color sealants contains urethane and concrete hardening agents and are safe for families and pets. It’s thicker than other sealants, to fill and eliminate the dirt trapping pores of the grout not just waterproof the pores like other sealers do. Our color sealant contains constant acting mildicides that provide a sanitary surface for years. We can apply any color and will guarantee a completely waterproofed grout surface.
Clear Sealant – Our impregnating clear sealer is one of the best on the markets today. Our penetrating sealer is designed for the protection of all medium to dense porous surfaces or natural and stone tile. The sealer forms an invisible barrier that is resistant to moisture and stains while allowing vapor to escape. This sealer is not a surface coating and will not alter the natural look. All surfaces treated are harder and less slippery.
Color Seal Uses
Sanded Grout, non-sanded Grout, Mortar, Brick, Stucco.

Features: Interior & Exterior use, weather resistant, less expensive, OK for food areas, superior coverage, UV transparent and more….
Disadvantages: May not fully remove all grout stains, life of clear sealant is approx 12-24 months.
