He answered my call quickly, came to assess what I had, floor wise, and made an appointment to return to do the work a few days later. The men worked on the different areas in my home from 9:00 AM until about 8:00 PM., and my floors look new again and are easier to clean because they have the proper type and amount of sealer on them. The brick floor evidently had an earlier application of a wooden floor wax product and the bluestone floor soaked up many layers of the sealer before Greg was satisfied that it was properly protected. Greg was very helpful with advise on how to continue to maintain the different floors and what products and cleaning tools to use. He also gave me a bottle of a great glass cleaning product and demonstrated how to use it on a glass door in one bathroom, readily cleaning off the mineral buildup that I have been trying to remove for a year. The only thing the men did not finish that day was putting a sealer on the mosaic tile floor since the new grout needed to cure for several days. Greg left the product with us and told us how to wipe it on, then he called three days later to pop in and finish the job himself in ten minutes. I am a happy customer because I have great looking floors now and I have great information on how to care for them too. Cleaned, touched up and sealed kitchen brick pavers, circa 1955. Cleaned, re-grouted, and sealed a marble mosaic tile bathroom tile floor, and cleaned and sealed a Pennsylvania bluestone master bathroom and shower floor, and dry stacked fireplace wall, circa 2009.

Basically, they had aged and discolored. Bizaillion Floors restored them. The tiles are white again and are so shiny that they look wet. I added cleaning of the adjoining kitchen floor tiles to the contract; the kitchen tiles were in good shape, for the most part, and the bulk of the job concerned the white terrazzo tiles, which looked terrible. The workers moved the furniture before and after the job. I had been afraid of the sanding process because I had read on the Internet that water is used to polish the stone. I was afraid of water damage. Water is used, and Bizaillion Floors is careful to vacuum-up the water as the work progresses so that the water doesn’t pool or touch the carpets, the edges of which they tape for protection. I didn’t see any signs of water damage during or after the job.. The job does take a long time (one or two days). It’s a relief to come home and see shiny, white terrazzo tiles.

The end result was wonderful. Not a perfect floor but MUCH improved floor with many of the stained areas gone or greatly faded. We are very happy with the workmanship and the customer service. Inside the main church are limestone steps, altar and walls and also tile floor with epoxy grout. All have seen years and years of wear and were in need of deep cleaning. Greg started work on a Monday afternoon to assess how to best clean everything, being careful to use the right cleaner on the limestone so there would be no damage. Greg and Ben worked diligently every day into the early evening to complete the job by Friday afternoon. Greg worked with the church staff to accommodate music rehearsals and kept everyone informed on how the job was going. After just one day, it was already obvious how much cleaner everything was going be. Greg and Ben deep cleaned and then sealed all the surfaces. When he and Ben finished late Friday afternoon, the church looked wonderful! All the staff and ministry heads are very pleased with the results. Will definitely use Gregg again for any similar type work.

RESTORED BETTER THAN WHEN INSTALLED! I was at the end of a four-month remodeling project and everything looked great…EXCEPT the fireplace. After 30 years, it needed a little attention too. Greg and Ben restored the stone to better than it looked when it was installed! OUR FLOOR HAS NEVER LOOKED THIS GOOD! We have a fairly large area on the first floor of our home covered by travertine tile. Even though we have it cleaned once a year, the floor has always looked a little dull since we left it pretty much as it was installed (‘unfinished’). This year I wanted to try someone new so I contacted Greg Bizaillion of Bizaillion Floors to give me an estimate. He literally came the Friday before Christmas and did a walkthrough and quickly sent me an estimate for the job. He also made some recommendations on the finish which I went with. The results completely blew beyond my expectations. Our floor has never looked this good. I’m almost afraid to walk on it. Our travertine looks better than new and my wife absolutely loves it. They were a little late that morning (bad weather) but stayed late to get the job done. Greg and his assistant were very professional and did a fantastic job. All the baseboards, cabinets and furniture were taped/covered to prevent any soiling/damage from the floor cleaning. I can’t say enough about what a great job they did and plan to have them back in our home and recommend him to our friends/neighbors.

What a great guy who has a real passion for what he does, and does well! OUR FLOORS ARE THE ENVY OF OUR FRIENDS It took me a while but I want to write this review to thank Greg and his crew for an amazing job on our terrazzo floors 8 months ago. He is amazing. He spent almost two days repairing, honing, polishing and buffing. There was a big chip at the edge of the step and he was able to fix it and match the color perfectly. Not only that, he also provided us a full gallon of cleaning supply. Our floors are so beautiful and shiny they still are the envy of our friends. JUST FABULOUS! I have had my Travertine floors polished with Gregg the first time i moved to my new home in HOUSTON. After the Harvey Hurricane flooded my house and we had to take the entire floor i decided to install the same Travertine. Once again I asked Gregg to polish my new floors because i consider his service truly Exceptional and first class. He takes time to do a detailed job and makes sure that there is not one spot that is not completely polished or finished . There is no one else that I would use, period . I recommend his services and expertise without hesitation. He has also taken extra time to fix a few places that needed a little fixing on the Travertine . RESULT WAS SPECTACULAR! We live a large city on the East coast. After weeks of searching I could not find a contractor with the knowledge on how to restore the brick floor in our new home.
